Terms of service

• Weft Theory sells hair extensions, tools, accessories and training in South Africa.
• Product colours may vary slightly between screens and real life.
• Shade matching assistance is guidance only unless a product is specifically confirmed as custom matched.
• Special-order products may require 10–20 business days sourcing/processing before dispatch.
• Supplier/import delays can sometimes extend that timeframe.
• Nationwide courier is charged separately at R90.
• Courier delivery after dispatch is approximately 1–5 business days.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Prices may change without notice, but an already-paid order keeps the price paid.
• Products may not be resold using the Weft Theory branding without permission.
• Training is educational and does not by itself constitute a formal accredited qualification unless you later obtain accreditation.
